Job Title: Analytics Engineer

Work arrangement: Hybrid, 2x in Makati

Compensation: Up to 80,000

Location: Makati

Job Summary

The Analytics Engineer collects, prepares, and analyzes data to drive organizational decision-making. This role focuses on data integrity, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize data processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain databases, reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to address business data needs.
• Resolve data discrepancies and maintain data governance and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields.
• Prior experience in data analysis, data engineering, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL, database concepts, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Superset); basic Python or R preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Experience in finance, e-commerce, or marketing industries.

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
