Analytics Lead, Full Stack

For our client, we are seeking a Analytics Lead, Full Stack to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will own analytics strategy for a major business area, helping shape investment decisions and performance outcomes. You will partner closely with product, risk, and business leaders to turn complex data into clear recommendations that balance growth, credit risk, and customer experience. The position also plays a key role in building scalable analytical tools, strengthening governance, and mentoring the analytics team.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $164,000 – $245,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own analytics strategy for a significant business area, driving investment and performance metrics
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit risk, and customer experience
• Convert analytical insights into actionable business recommendations for leadership
• Design experiments to test product-market fit and economic viability of solutions
• Collaborate across teams to influence decision-making without formal authority
• Create scalable models and dashboards to enhance data insights and governance
• Mentor junior analysts and formalize reusable analytical practices

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytical roles affecting product or business decisions
• Expertise in consumer lending and credit, especially in risk and product areas
• Advanced skills in SQL and Python with focus on statistical analysis
• Exceptional communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated leadership ability to mentor others and manage multiple projects
