Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Analytics Practice Lead to build and scale our next-generation Data & Analytics practice across Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake ecosystems. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in enterprise analytics delivery, modern data platforms, data engineering, BI & AI architecture, governance, and analytics transformation programs. This individual will play a strategic leadership role in defining delivery methodology, establishing scalable team structures, building reusable accelerators, driving customer success, and enabling organizational capability growth.

• Define and build the organizations Analytics & Data Platform practice across:

• Establish practice vision, roadmap, offerings, and delivery standards.

• Create scalable service offerings around:

• Data Engineering

• Data Warehousing

• BI & Reporting

• Lakehouse Architecture

• AI/ML Enablement

• Modernization & Migration

• Define reusable accelerators, frameworks, templates, and best practices.

• Drive partnerships and alignment with platform OEMs and ecosystem partners.

2. Delivery Leadership & Execution Governance

• Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise analytics and data transformation programs.

• Define delivery methodology for analytics projects including:

• Discovery & Assessment

• Solution Architecture

• Sprint Planning

• Data Modeling

• ETL/ELT Development

• Testing & Reconciliation

• Performance Optimization

• UAT & Go-Live

• Hypercare & Support

• Build standardized project governance models and delivery playbooks.

3. Analytics & Data Architecture Leadership

• Real-time Analytics

• Data Mesh / Data Fabric concepts

• Enterprise Reporting Platforms

• Guide teams on:

• Ensure best practices for enterprise-grade analytics implementations.

4. Team Structure & Capability Development

• Define scalable organization structure for analytics delivery teams.

• Establish role definitions for:

• QA & Data Validation Teams

• Project Managers

• Build competency matrices and career progression frameworks.

• Define learning roadmaps and certification plans across:

• Conduct internal capability-building workshops and knowledge sessions.

5. Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Support business development and pre-sales engagements.

• Proposal creation

• RFP/RFI responses

• Architecture discussions

• Define implementation approach, effort estimates, and staffing models.

• Collaborate with sales teams to position analytics transformation offerings.

• Build reusable assets and accelerators for faster project execution.

• AI-enabled analytics

• GenAI use cases

• Automated data pipelines

• Metadata-driven frameworks

• Self-service analytics

• Evaluate emerging technologies and define adoption strategies.

7. Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers.
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, business users, and IT stakeholders.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and executive reviews.
• Translate business objectives into scalable analytics strategies.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term engagement success.
