Analytics Manager:Analytics_AFL

Role Description Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data analysis and data mining to come up with portfolio insights for both Retail and commercial portfolio
• Statistical modelling, clustering and segmentation thru statistical techniques to help solving key business problems
• Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
• Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
• Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
• Help launch new initiatives, campaigns, analytical solutions, along with robust tracking
• Help in running standard and analytical dashboard/ MIS

Requirement

• Experience: 2- 7 years in analytics industry (Finance / Banking industry preferred)
• B Tech/ MBA/MCA/MSQE/M.Sc (Statistic/Mathematics) from premier institute
• Knowledge of SQL and Python is must with high proficiency
• Knowledge on statistical model building is must
• Knowledge of R is preferred
• Knowledge of Statistics – Linear Regression, Exploratory Data Analysis, etc.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
