Summary:
As an Analytics Practitioner, a typical day involves developing meaningful business insights by engaging in predictive statistical modeling activities. The role requires utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to analyze client, market, and key performance data. This process supports and enhances decision-making capabilities by transforming complex data into actionable intelligence. The position demands a thoughtful approach to interpreting data trends and patterns, contributing to strategic business outcomes through continuous analysis and refinement of models.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics outcomes with business objectives.
• Continuously update knowledge on industry trends to apply innovative analytical approaches.
• Assist junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on analytical methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Experience in designing and implementing predictive models to support business decision-making.
• Familiarity with data integration and management within cloud-based platforms.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data analysis processes.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
