Analytics Senior Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Analytics Senior Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will partner closely with clients to solve complex business challenges through analytics-driven consulting and structured solution design.

The consultant will lead workstreams that translate business needs into actionable requirements, deliver validated insights, and support successful implementation and issue resolution.

A strong focus of the role is stakeholder engagement, customer outcomes, and continuous improvement across the full lifecycle of analytics solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $101,600 – $152,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead problem-solving initiatives to define customer outcomes and KPIs
• Design and configure solutions through structured sessions with clients
• Deliver insights using advanced analytics and data validation techniques
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and specifications
• Manage product lifecycle including testing and issue resolution
• Own project workstreams, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Foster continuous improvement through user education and analytics validation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Health Sciences
• At least 4 years of experience in healthcare analytics or technical consulting
• Expertise in data analysis and root-cause analysis
• Proficient in SQL and handling complex data sets
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
