WebSell Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an Analytics Specialist to join its digital team. This role is designed for someone who enjoys working with data but also wants to understand the business story behind the numbers.

You will work across website analytics, digital marketing performance and customer behaviour, helping turn data into practical recommendations that improve online performance.

Your role

You will analyse website and campaign data, build performance reports, identify changes in user behaviour and investigate opportunities to improve conversion.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Managing and analysing GA4 and website performance data
• Building dashboards and recurring analytics reports
• Analysing traffic sources, user behaviour and conversion journeys
• Measuring SEO, SEM, paid media and campaign performance
• Identifying performance trends and unusual changes in data
• Supporting e-commerce and conversion analysis
• Reviewing tracking and measurement setups
• Working with marketing and web development teams
• Presenting insights and recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders
• Turning complex data into clear and actionable business insights

What we're looking for

You could be a good fit if you have a background in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Statistics, IT or a related field.

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Excel, SQL or other analytics tools would be valuable.

We are particularly interested in people who can do more than produce reports. You should be able to look at a dataset, recognise what is changing, understand why it matters and explain your findings clearly.

Experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, e-commerce or website optimisation would be an advantage.
