Job Description

Drive enterprise data transformation, business intelligence solutions, and predictive analytics models to optimize exchange platform operations, trading compliance, and financial market insights. The role involves designing scalable data pipelines, translating complex financial parameters into executive dashboards, and partnering with cross-functional product leads to support commercial growth across regional capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automated self-service dashboards and visual reports using enterprise tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Query, model, and extract complex market data feeds from cloud warehouses (Snowflake / AWS) using advanced SQL and Python scripts.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define key performance metrics, uncover trading/operational trends, and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop predictive statistical models and machine learning workflows to support risk analytics, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.
• Establish data governance frameworks, ensure metric accuracy, and refine data pipelines in collaboration with core Data Engineering teams.
• Present data-driven strategic recommendations to senior management and executive committees.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or quantitative analysis, preferably within financial services or technology.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python or R*, and modern BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau**, or** Looker*).
• Proven experience with relational databases, enterprise cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Snowflake), and data modeling concepts.
• Excellent business acumen, analytical problem-solving skills, and executive communication capabilities.

Pay: $7,500.00 - $11,500.00 per month
