Analytics Visualizations Specialist | Active Secret Clearance

For our client, we are seeking a Analytics Visualizations Specialist | Active Secret Clearance to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that support HR and manpower decision-making. You will build interactive visualizations, dashboards, and data models that help stakeholders understand trends, monitor performance, and improve reporting outcomes. The position also requires strong collaboration across teams to ensure visualization solutions are accurate, useful, and aligned with business needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,744 – $126,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights for HR and manpower metrics
• Design and develop interactive data visualizations from complex data sources
• Create and maintain statistical and predictive analytics dashboards
• Develop data models that integrate multiple datasets
• Document report specifications and processes for data deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cross-functional visualization solutions
• Enhance the company's data infrastructure and reporting environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data mining, analytics, or software engineering
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools, especially Qlik and Databricks
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active Secret clearance required or ability to obtain one
