Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Anaplan professional with strong hands-on experience in model development, solution design, and end-to-end implementation. The role involves leading project delivery, working closely with senior client stakeholders, and translating business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Anaplan solutions across multiple project engagements.
• Lead Anaplan project delivery and ensure successful implementation within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders, manage client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor.
• Lead sprint planning, solution design workshops, customer demonstrations, and user training sessions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Drive delivery efficiency and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Support resource planning, recruitment, project financials, and team learning & development initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Required Skills

• 3 - 11 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model development, solution design, and implementation.
• Strong experience in leading end-to-end Anaplan projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience in sprint management, solution workshops, and customer training.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Good team management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
• Any Graduate qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) use cases on Anaplan.
• Experience with Supply Chain Planning use cases.
• Anaplan Solution Architect Certification mandatory/preferred based on hiring criteria.
• Consulting and project management experience will be an added advantage.
