Location : Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities

1. Finding and contacting potential buyers.

2. Scheduling and arranging property viewings.

3. Negotiating with interested buyers.

4. Updating and keeping in touch with clients throughout the sales or rental process (if required).

5. Preparing letters of offer with the Company’s approval.

6. Checking, measuring, and preparing property details.

7. Collecting market information and sharing it with Management.

8. Building your skills and knowledge in real estate.

9. Following sales strategies set by the HOD.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Real Estate, Business Studies, Property Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably one year of experience in property sales, marketing, or leasing, especially in a property management company.
• Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is must due to interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of the Malaysian real estate market is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is an added advantage.
