Collectors集团是全球高价值收藏品第三方认证和评级服务的产业整合者和市场优秀品牌，创立于1986年。旗下的子公司品牌包括 Professional Sports Authenticators（PSA）、Professional Coin Grading Services（PCGS）、Goldin Auction、WATA、Collectors Vault、Card Ladder等，旗下服务板块包括Certified Coin Exchange（CCE）、Collectors Corner、Set Registry、Collectors和Long Beach Expo Collectibles Trade Show（长滩博览会收藏品交易展）。主营业务为收藏品钱币、交易卡、活动票据、亲笔签名以及纪念品的认证并评级，创新业务涵盖拍卖、展会、仓储、托管、数据服务等各大领域。集团总部位于加州，在美国纽约、华盛顿、新泽西，以及中国上海、中国香港、法国巴黎、日本东京等地均设有分支机构，为全球收藏者提供服务。Collectors China 成立于2013年，是拥有钱币评级、集换式交易卡评级、拍卖机构、文化合作等多元化商业模式的在华总部机构。 职位描述： 1. 负责公司短视频内容的制作，包括内容策划、拍摄、剪辑、调色、特效处理等，涵盖产品介绍、活动记录等多类型视频，确保符合品牌调性和传播需求； 2. 优化内容创意，提高视频传播效果，通过数据平台分析社媒平台特点、竞品账号动态及热点趋势，并根据数据调整制作策略； 3. 负责社交媒体、官网及宣传物料的照片拍摄，并进行基础修图和优化，确保视觉素材质量； 4. 维护拍摄设备，优化流程，提高制作效率并确保设备状态良好。 任职资格： 1. 3年以上短视频拍摄与剪辑经验，熟悉完整的短视频制作流程，有成熟作品可供参考； 2. 熟练使用 PR、AE、PS、剪映 等剪辑及修图软件，能独立完成短视频后期制作； 3. 具备摄影能力，熟悉相机、灯光、稳定器等设备，并能完成产品、人物、活动的拍摄； 4. 具备良好的画面感和剪辑节奏，擅长用视觉语言讲述品牌故事； 5. 具备创意策划能力，能够提高视频可看性，并适应较快的内容产出节奏； 6. 了解抖音、小红书、B站等短视频平台的内容玩法，有运营经验更佳； 7. 英语听说读写流利为加分项。
