• Identify and develop livestream and short video influencers that match GARDENA products, select high-quality influencers to establish cooperation and achieve sales targets. 寻找开拓符合匹配嘉丁拿产品的直播和短视频带货达人，筛选优质的达人建立合作，完成销售目标；
• Daily communication and management of influencers, assist them in initiating suitable social media content based on sales and promotional goals. 与达人进行日常沟通和管理，根据不同的销售和推广目标帮助达人产出适合的推广内容；
• Planning and releasing official brand short videos to promote online brand visibility and enhance brand awareness. 品牌官方内容短视频的规划与发布，协助推进线上品牌宣传，提升品牌的市场认知度；
• Monthly analysis of video content data to optimize future content creation strategies, as well as coordinating both internal and external communications for execution. 对视频内容数据进行月度分析复盘，对后续的内容产出方向进行优化，并且对内对外沟通落地；
• Responsible for the management of the paid push stream of short videos, develop a reasonable push stream plan, analyze the data to optimize the push stream ROI. 负责直播和短视频的付费推流管理，制定合理的推流方案，定期分析数据优化推广ROI；
• Daily communication with social media platforms operation managers, following up and participating in gardening and official online/offline activities and reporting platform updates in a timely manner. 负责对接平台运营小二，跟进参与行业和官方的线上或线下活动，及时汇报平台动态；
• Conduct the marketing activities and resources planning. Support sales team and dealers through advertisements, giveaways, seminars and exhibitions. 市场推广和所需资源的规划，通过展会、研讨会、广告和市场支持物资为销售团队及经销商提供支持；
• Freely interact and communicate with GARDENA Central Marketing in Germany, to leverage central campaigns and initiatives, customize and adapt to local market needs. 与总部市场部保持畅通沟通和互动，根据总部的市场推广计划和资源，针对中国市场需求进行本土化调整和定制；
• Other duties as requested by management. 上级领导安排的其他工作。   Qualifications
• College degree or above, with more than 4 years working experience, fluent in English. Preference will be given to those with experience in new media operations, commodity planning and marketing. 大专及以上学历，4年以上工作经验，英语流利。有新媒体运营、商品企划、市场营销经验者优先；
• Heavy user of social media platforms (TikTok, WeChat, RedNote, etc.), familiar with the operation mode and user habits of these platforms. Experience in TikTok operation is preferred. 新媒体平台重度用户（抖音微信小红书等），熟悉平台的运营模式和用户使用习惯，有抖音店铺运营经验优先；
• Understand the cooperation process of short video and livestream, select influencers and MCN according to brand and product features, be able to negotiate independently. 了解短视频和直播合作流程，根据品牌和产品甄选达人和机构，能够独立洽谈合作；
• Collaborate and communicate effectively, a good team player with interpersonal skills. Strong execution and work enthusiasm, ability to prioritize assignments and manage time. 具备良好的沟通协作技巧、人际交往能力和团队合作精神。很强的执行力和工作热情，能够根据工作的轻重缓急管理时间；
• Video editing skill is preferred. 有视频剪辑编辑技能者优先。
