• Identify all potential product and process quality risks during new product design and production launch. Organize personnel to develop action plans and corrective measures to ensure quality targets are met at each project milestone.
• Monitor and manage product/process changes to ensure the change process is compliant and that change solutions are fully validated to meet quality requirements.
• Lead the PQA team to improve production workshop quality and internal supplier quality.
• KPI Management: TLR, Scrap, Jail. 客户质量管理（中期规划）
• Manage Customer Quality Engineers to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Handle 0KM and after-sales quality issues; monitor and reduce quality costs.
