• Well arrange R/FA team technician performance/output/shift/OT.
• Well arrange R/FA lab test tools daily maintenance, e.g LTS, calibration, maintenance, yearly service.
• Evaluate/purchase/installation/qualification new R/FA related tools and machine.
• Manage and purchase related spare parts and consumption materials to meet test requirements.
• Develop and optimize R/FA test methods and procedures, lead Lab R/FA related project.
• Lead Lab customer complaints and attend company level task force.

• Ensure FA lab monthly KPI/KLl timely monitor, update to date status
• Provide training and qualification of engineers and technicians
• Arrange all required R/FA tests, and ensure there is as less delay as possible
• Maintain R/FA tools to support daily operation well.
• Purchase new equipment (to draw up specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis, install and implement in production). Cooperate with supplier and other related Dept. for new equipment installation, plan the qualification and finish the qualification-according schedule.
• Well arrange the priority for urgent material; maintain them in MES system in time, control the material life time, and ensure there is no delay or exhausted.
• Develop and optimize test methods if possible related to quality and/or efficiency increase with considering the cost topic.
• Set up, review and update FA related documents, ensure all of them are efficient and keep the harmonization with actual operation
• Making customers complaints FA plan, attend company level task force meeting. Arrange priority, track test status, summary test results, prepare test report, present to customers or related department.
• Lead lab related projects with best know how as assigned by superior.
• Follow the 6S standard to keep the environment of the working area cleaning.
• Work and emphasize professional and objective communication to within lab and external lab employee.
• Ensure compliance of industrial standards like quality, environment, health and safety and so on.
