About the role

Operations Officer responsible for managing tourism ticket bookings, front desk reception services, and customer coordination across two service areas: Continect (tourism and ticketing services) and Saan Stay Serviced Apartment (accommodation reception).

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate customer service for tourism routes and travel tickets
• Issue tickets and manage booking systems using standard platforms (Amadeus, Galileo or other systems)
• Handle documentation for ticket bookings, hotels, accommodation, and travel insurance accurately and precisely
• Perform Front Desk/Reception duties welcoming and caring for guests
• Process check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information, facilitate services, and resolve immediate issues to create positive impressions for guests

About you

• Skills and experience using airline ticket booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo or related systems)
• High attention to detail with accurate documentation and coordination
• Service-minded with good communication skills, friendly demeanor, and positive personality
• Communicate Thai language well; English language proficiency will be considered a special advantage
• Flexibility to manage both ticketing and front desk reception services effectively
