What they need
We are partnering with a global law firm with a top-ranked Energy & Infrastructure practice to hire an Associate / Senior Associate into its Project Development & Construction team.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 PQE, Common Law qualified with experience gained from another international law firm
- Hands-on experience with EPC/construction contracts, offtake and revenue contracts (PPAs, oil & gas, hydrogen) and concessions
- Gained on actual greenfield projects, ideally in a project finance context
- Sponsor-side experience preferred; lender, offtaker, government or contractor-side also relevant
