该职位来源于猎聘 1. 负责生产工艺制程的制定和持续优化
Responsibile for process definition and continuous optimization 2. 负责汽车管件设备模具的优化和PPAP样件生产
Optimize the tooling of Rotec tubes and produce PPAP samples 3. 负责产品加工过程中工艺及质量问题的解决
Trouble shooting for production issues and quality problems 4. 负责协调ROTEC产线设备的日常维护和保养以保证顺畅生产
Coordinate the daily maintenance of equipments to ensure smooth production 5. 负责生产工艺文件的撰写和修订
Draft and revise the production and process documents 6. 负责新员工培训的考核
Qualify the new operator
- 负责新品过程开发及爬坡试产，以及SOP后与现场工艺交接
Responsibile for process development and ramp-up, and handover to production process after ramp-up 8. 负责新品模具设计及OTS交样
Responsibile for tooling development and OTS sample delivery
- 完成公司要求的其他任务。
Other work assigned by the company according to the actual operation demand.
