• Supplier basement management and optimization (Bidder list management/ Supplier phase in and phase out management/ Supplier rating, risk assessment, Audit execution/ Supplier certification tracking and maintenance)
• Contract negotiation including Quality/Service/Price etc. with supplier (Supplier contract negotiation with competitive terms/ Continue Commercial and Supplier Chain optimization Compliance operation)
• On-time daily purchase order operation(Supplier forecast, delivery and capacity management/ Continue Supplier Delivery. Turn Over optimization by Consignment, VMI, LT improvement, relocation/ Escalation and reporting)
• SAP Master data maintenance (MM Module)( Correct mater data maintenance in system/ Support IT digitalization programme for high efficiency operation)
• Communication and coordination with central purchasing(Information exchange smooth and transparently make sure supply chain safe and support plant development/ Follow up PON and manage well of buy to pay) Follow up purchase order in the period until final delivery(Proactive for risk delivery, high light in time.
• Payment in time)
• Solve P.O. related issues like inspection/test and payment(Problem shooting & solving & reporting in time/ Cross function coordination for problem solving)
• Manage supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, service, on-time delivery, technology, etc.( Meeting Company overall target/ Meet BU & LPUR DPI/KPI/ Managing individual target and task implement)
• Reporting(High quality regularly reporting with key messages/ Cost impact and risk assessment summary for management decision- making)
• Market intelligence(Collection Market Information and Customer actions for earlier alert)
• Documentation(Documents well management incl. digital and paper/ Meeting MM and Audit request)
• Others(Finish delegated job in time with good quality/ Back up of other buyers)
• Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO/ IATF16949)
• Follow AT&S information security policy to prevent core data leak outside. Follow RBA requirement
