该职位来源于猎聘 1.负责汽车防撞梁、吸能盒等碰撞防护部件的结构设计 Responsible for the structural design of collision protection components such as automotive anti-collision beams, energy absorption boxes 2.依据C-NCAP、中保研、RCAR 低速维修经济性等标准，完成防撞梁截面形状、折弯角度、折弯半径、板材厚度等参数设计，平衡碰撞防护性能、折弯成型质量与生产成本 Complete the design of anti-collision beam section shape, bending angle, bending radius, plate thickness and other parameters in accordance with C-NCAP, CIASI, RCAR low-speed maintenance economy and other standards, and balance collision protection performance, bending forming quality and production cost 3.主导防撞梁折弯工艺方案制定，规划折弯工序、模具选型，输出详细的折弯工艺说明书、工序卡及模具设计需求 Lead the formulation of anti-collision beam bending process schemes, formulate bending processes, mold selection, and output detailed bending process instructions, process cards and mold design requirements. 4.跟进防撞梁样件试制、折弯试模过程，跟踪折弯件尺寸精度、回弹控制、焊缝匹配度等关键指标，分析折弯失效问题（如开裂、折痕、尺寸超差）并落地结构整改或工艺优化方案 Follow up the trial production of anti-collision beam samples and bending trial mold processes, track key indicators such as dimensional accuracy, spring back control and weld matching degree of bent parts, analyze bending failure problems (such as cracking, creases, dimensional deviation) and implement structural rectification or process optimization plans 5.编制防撞梁设计规范、DFMEA、工艺验证报告等技术文件，管控设计版本迭代，同步上下游部门推进产品从设计到量产的全流程落地 Compile technical documents such as anti-collision beam design specifications, DFMEA and process test reports, control the iteration of design versions, and cooperate with upstream and downstream departments to promote the whole-process landing of products from design to mass production 6.了解防撞梁常用材料（如 DP 系列高强钢、铝合金 6 系 / 7 系）的力学性能，能结合材料特性优化折弯结构与工艺参数 Understand the mechanical properties of common anti-collision beam materials (such as DP series high-strength steel, 6-series/7-series aluminum alloy), and can optimize bending structure and process parameters based on material properties 7.跟踪防撞梁折弯工艺新技术、新材料应用，持续优化结构设计与工艺方案，提升产品轻量化和生产效率 Track the application of new technologies and new materials in anti-collision beam bending processes, continuously optimize structural design and process schemes, and improve product lightweighting and production efficiency. 8.技术支持销售沟通客户 Fill up the gap between customer expectations (quality / process ) and the production engineering 9. 负责RF环境因素的识别、评价、控制 Responsible for identifying, evaluating and controlling department environmental factors

Other work assigned by the company according to the actual operation demand. 任职要求：

• At least 3 years’ experience in automotive anti-collision beam structural design 至少3年的汽车防撞梁结构设计经验
• Be familiar with the bending process 熟悉折弯工艺
• Good knowledge of quality related standards (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing)

有与质量标准相关的知识基础（几何尺寸及公差的测量、设定）

• Familiar with Quality core tools like APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, CP 熟悉质量核心工具，比如:APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, CP
• Proficient in reading and writing

English,able to communicate with international colleagues in Europe and USA 熟练的英文读写能力，能够与兄弟公司之间的同事沟通
