What they need
- 負責伺服器產品整機機構設計（chassis、堆疊布局、零件選用、散熱與線纜配置等），依客戶需求進行高度客製化開發
- 整合機構與電路架構，分析產品布局、零件選用與堆疊配置，產出機構架構規格書與設計文件
- 與 EE LAYOUT、控制工程、供應商 DFM 對口協作，協同推進設計優化、DFM 改善與量產可行性評估
- 規劃並執行可靠度驗證測試，依測試結果分析根因並提出機構設計優化方案
- 帶領小組成員執行專案，運用品質管理手法協助跨部門解決系統面問題，提升產品穩定度與良率
