该职位来源于猎聘 岗位概述 负责整车前脸系统、前后保险杠、外后视镜总成从造型同步、工程开发、仿真验证、模具试制至 SOP 量产及售后问题闭环；统筹间隙面差、行人保护、碰撞、风阻、涂装耐久、法规匹配，协同造型、车身、CAE、EE、采购、供应商、生产，按 QCD 达成项目目标。 岗位职责 1. 造型同步与方案工程化 对接造型团队，完成前脸格栅、保险杠、外后视镜 A 面可行性评审、断面定义、分缝 / 间隙面差方案、拔模、涂装 / 包覆工艺可行性分析，输出工程化方案，平衡外观、装配、成本与法规要求
