Android App Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Android App Developer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Android applications and will have the opportunity to work on real-world client and in-house projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Java and/or Kotlin.
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance mobile applications.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party APIs, payment gateways, Firebase, and other services.
• Work with databases and backend services.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Perform application testing and ensure quality and performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow version-control practices using Git/GitHub.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Android Studio.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
• Understanding of Android SDK and Android application architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of Firebase and push notifications.
• Understanding of Git and version control.
• Good understanding of UI/UX implementation.
• Knowledge of SQLite/Room or other local databases.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Knowledge of MVVM/MVC/MVP architecture.
• Experience with Google Maps, payment gateways, social login, and third-party SDKs.
• Knowledge of Play Store deployment and app signing.
• Basic understanding of backend technologies and APIs.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Freshers with strong Android development skills are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with internship or live-project experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
