Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、负责端侧智能体服务与Android各类应用的能力打通与集成，推动智能体跨App联动能力建设，支撑端侧智能体技术底座在各业务场景中的落地应用。

2、对接业务需求，负责原子工具能力的调研、设计与开发，解决接入过程中涉及的Android系统适配、权限管理、交互设计等技术问题。

3、深入理解智能体底层技术原理，结合Android终端场景进行技术方案设计、能力验证及功能落地。

4、基于智能体服务能力评估业务需求可行性，针对现有能力缺口设计并构建对应的原子工具能力，持续完善智能体能力体系。

5、持续优化移动端智能体执行链路，提升跨应用任务执行效率、稳定性及用户体验。

6、主动推动项目进展，识别业务及技术风险，制定并落地优化方案，保障项目按计划推进。

7、与业务、产品及研发团队保持紧密协作，输出技术解决方案，跟踪项目进展并推动跨团队高效协同。

8、参与端侧智能体生态建设与推广，推动智能体能力在更多业务场景中的创新应用与实践。

岗位要求：

1、具备扎实的Android开发基础，熟悉Android系统架构、应用生命周期、系统机制及性能优化相关内容。

2、熟悉Android应用间通信机制、权限管理体系及系统能力调用方式，具备App互通或系统能力扩展开发经验。

3、理解AI智能体核心技术原理，包括任务规划、工具调用、记忆管理以及Agent执行链路等关键能力。

4、具备基于智能体平台评估业务需求可行性并完成技术落地的能力，有Agent相关项目实践经验者优先。

5、具备良好的技术方案设计能力，能够独立分析并解决复杂技术问题。

6、具备优秀的沟通协调能力和需求理解能力，能够高效推动跨团队合作与项目落地。

7、具备较强的责任心、自驱力和结果导向意识，能够主动推进项目并持续优化产品体验。

8、关注端侧AI及智能体技术发展趋势，对智能体生态建设和业务应用落地具有浓厚兴趣。

9、具有Android无障碍服务、悬浮窗、跨应用数据获取与交互或系统层能力开发经验者优先。

10、具有端侧大模型、移动端Agent或相关AI应用落地实践经验者优先。
