• RequirementsEducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• ExperienceMinimum 4 years of professional experience in Android application development.
• Proven experience developing, maintaining, and deploying Android applications to the Google Play Store.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in Kotlin (preferred) and Java.
• Solid understanding of Android SDK, Android Jetpack, and Android Architecture Components.
• Experience implementing MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Jetpack Compose and/or XML-based UI development.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON data.
• Proficient in using Git for version control.
• Experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt or Dagger.
• Familiarity with Coroutines, Flow, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong understanding of Android lifecycle, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Experience implementing offline storage solutions such as Room Database or SQLite.
• Knowledge of push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
• Experience integrating Firebase services such as:
• Firebase Analytics
• Crashlytics
• Remote Config
• Understanding of mobile application security best practices, including secure data storage and API authentication.
• Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Google Play Store.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Experience with modular architecture.
• Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) is a plus.
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs and payment gateways.
• Knowledge of Google Maps API, CameraX, or biometric authentication.
• ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA Engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable mobile solutions.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application bugs.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following Android development best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure application security and compliance with coding standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest Android technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
