Android Developer | Banking Exp | Hybrid (Contractual)

Join our team as an Android Developer responsible for enhancing existing features and developing new capabilities for our Online App. You’ll work closely with UX and engineering teams to build engaging, responsive, and high-performing mobile experiences using modern Android technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
• Translate user stories into functional, user-friendly mobile applications.
• Build rich and responsive UI experiences based on UX requirements.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot bugs, bottlenecks, and technical issues.
• Conduct unit testing and maintain high-quality, organized code.
• Collaborate with UX, web, mobile, and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Support CI/CD automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Android development using Java and Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, UI/application components.
• Experience developing high-performance and scalable mobile applications.
• Knowledge of mobile performance, security, memory, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Firebase, Fastlane, CI/CD, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and microservices.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, collaborative, and willing to continuously learn.

Preferred

• Backend or web application development experience.
• Advanced Android UI development experience.
• Exposure to Cloud Native, DevSecOps, and Microservice Architecture.
