Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
- Strong knowledge and hands-on development experience in Native Android Mobile app development using Kotlin (latest version) & Java is a must.
- Experience working with latest version of Android Studio, Android SDK, Java & Android-related tools for flashing, debugging/troubleshooting.
- Strong OOPS fundamentals & development experience in calling web services (RESTful / SOAP) & basic client-server architecture understanding.
- Expert in any one of the modern MV-VM/MVC framework
- Experience in automated unit testing frameworks e.g., Junit, Espresso etc.
- Proven experience of working in fully Agile teams/environment
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD), BDD & other software engineering best practices
- Hands-on Technical lead (Android) role experience
- Good communication skills & Team Player.
Good-to-Have
- Hands on with JavaME and other mobile technologies
- Banking & financial services domain experience
