In a nutshell

🎯 We are currently looking for an Android Kotlin Developer to strengthen our client’s teams and contribute to the development of strategic mobile applications.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality native Android applications using Kotlin.
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of mobile application architecture.
• Participate in the development of new features and technical components.
• Ensure code quality, security, performance and maintainability.
• Take part in code reviews and promote best practices in coding, testing, documentation and release management.
• Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, backend developers, DevOps teams and business stakeholders.
• Integrate REST APIs, authentication and authorisation flows, including OAuth2 / OpenID Connect.
• Implement and maintain automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in application deployment and release management on the Google Play Store.
• Monitor application reliability and performance, and contribute to resolving technical issues.
• Identify technical debt and actively contribute to continuous improvement.
• Keep up to date with Android technologies, tools and best practices.

Your technical skills

• At least 3 years of experience in native Android application development.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose .
• Solid knowledge of Android SDK, mobile application lifecycle and Android development best practices.
• Good understanding of mobile architectures and design patterns, such as Clean Architecture , MVVM/MVI , modularisation and SOLID principles.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication and authorisation flows such as OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, secure local storage and state management.
• Proficiency with Git, code review practices, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with application deployment and release management on the Google Play Store.
• Knowledge of observability and mobile monitoring tools such as Firebase, Sentry, Datadog or similar solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with application security, accessibility and mobile performance optimisation.

Your profile

• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A hands-on, pragmatic and quality-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong team spirit, autonomy and a genuine willingness to share knowledge.
• Fluent in English.
