Job Summary **Anesthesia Supply Tech Supervisor provides vital operational oversight and leadership for the anesthesia technician team. This role is responsible for coordinating staff schedules, designing and delivering robust training initiatives, managing clinical inventory. Supervisor ensures that all anesthesia environments are fully equipped, compliant, and staffed to support daily surgical operations efficiently.**

The Anesthesia Supply Tech Supervisor is responsible for supervising, planning, directing, and coordinating the daily operations of the Anesthesia Technician team to ensure optimal staff performance and high-quality patient care. This role oversees and participates in activities related to patient physiologic monitoring and the preparation, management, and delivery of medications, fluids, anesthetic agents, and specialized equipment required for surgical and invasive procedures involving anesthesia, while ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and departmental policies. This role oversees daily staff schedules in addition to training, workflow and Anesthesia supplies/inventory in the operating rooms.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician required
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a leadership role required
• Knowledge of operating room procedures, sterile technique, standard precautions and anesthesia care required
• Knowledge of inventory management, equipment and supply control, and quality assurance processes required
• Some education or training as a health care worker in a surgical environment required
• Ability to oversee daily staff schedules in addition to training, workflow, and Anesthesia supplies/inventory in the operating rooms required
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, responding proactively to patient care needs without specific instructions required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with patients, medical staff, and multidisciplinary team members

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree in a healthcare, science, or related field preferred

Certification

• XL Certification by the American Society of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians (ASATT) required

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
