Anesthesia Technician (Arabic)

1. Prepare anesthesia machines, equipment, instruments, and supplies before surgical procedures.

2. Assist anesthesiologists with the preparation and administration of anesthesia as directed.

3. Check anesthesia machines, ventilators, breathing circuits, monitors, suction equipment, and emergency equipment before each procedure.

4. Ensure adequate availability and proper storage of anesthesia drugs, consumables, and emergency supplies.

5. Assist with airway-management equipment, including endotracheal tubes, colonoscopes, supranational airway devices, and related equipment.

6. Support anesthesia procedures for a wide range of surgeries and surgical specialties.

7. Maintain and monitor anesthesia equipment according to hospital policies and manufacturer guidelines.

8. Coordinate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and Operating Theater staff to ensure smooth workflow.

9. Participate in inventory management and maintain adequate stock levels

Desired Candidate Profile

An experienced Anesthesia Technician with 4–8 years of hospital-based experience, extensive exposure to multiple surgical specialties, strong Operating Theatre skills, and the ability to provide efficient technical support to anesthesiologists in routine and emergency surgical cases.Valid DHA, MOH, or SHA license/eligibility as applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Anesthesia Technology / Anesthesia Technician from a recognized institution.
2. 4–8 years of relevant hospital experience as an Anesthesia Technician.
3. Proven experience in a hospital Operating Theatre environment.
4. Strong multi-surgery / multi-specialty anesthesia experience.
5. Arabic Speaker is Mandatory
6. Good knowledge of anesthesia machines, ventilators, monitors, airway equipment, and emergency equipment.
