Job Summary And Qualifications The Anesthesia Technician delivers high quality, patient-centered care by providing anesthesia support to the anesthesia clinician during surgical procedures. The Anesthesia Technician anticipates the needs of the anesthesia clinician through preparation and maintenance of supplies, patient monitoring equipment and anesthesia delivery systems. The Anesthesia Technician is an integral member of the perioperative team and collaborates with the circulating RN and the perioperative team to ensure a safe and optimal patient perioperative experience.

What qualifications you will need:

Required:

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Preferred:

Currently certified as an Anesthesia Technologist in the state(s) of practice, in accordance with law and regulation.

Vocational training program in Anesthesia Technology

1+ years experience in surgical services

Hours: Full time, day shift (rotating weekends)
