Role: Anesthesiology Physician

Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia care across multiple hospitals, supervise staff with a 4:1 ratio, and work independently as needed. Utilize electronic medical records (iPro) and participate in weekend and weeknight pager call to ensure continuous patient coverage. Manage anesthesia for various surgical procedures in a facility with 26 operating rooms.

Qualifications: Board certification required, active state license necessary. Experience with supervision and independent practice preferred. Strong knowledge of perioperative medicine and patient care is essential.

Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, adaptability to various shifts, and proficiency with EMR systems. Effective communication and teamwork abilities are vital for collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

Key Duties: Deliver anesthesia services, monitor patient status, ensure safety protocols, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Support the facility’s surgical and patient care goals through clinical excellence.
