ANM/GNM NURSING STAFF

Curasia Leelawati Hospital is seeking dedicated, compassionate and responsible ANM/GNM-qualified Nursing Staff to provide quality patient care and assist doctors in day-to-day hospital operations.

The ideal candidate should possess basic clinical knowledge, good patient-handling skills and a professional attitude towards patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Monitor patients, record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, SpO₂) and provide basic nursing care.
• Clinical Procedures: Administer prescribed medications, injections and IV fluids as per doctor's instructions and applicable nursing protocols.
• Emergency Assistance: Assist doctors in handling emergency and trauma cases, providing first aid and basic life support within training and competence.
• OPD/IPD Assistance: Support doctors during consultations, examinations, admissions and patient treatment.
• Dressing & Wound Care: Perform wound dressing and other routine nursing procedures as authorized.
• Patient Monitoring: Maintain nursing charts, treatment records and report changes in patients' conditions to the attending doctor.
• Infection Control: Follow hospital hygiene, sterilization, infection prevention and biomedical waste segregation protocols.
• Medicine & Equipment Management: Maintain nursing supplies, check emergency equipment and coordinate with the pharmacy.
• Patient Communication: Explain prescribed care instructions to patients and attendants under the guidance of the treating doctor.
• Hospital Discipline: Follow duty rosters, maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and instructions issued by the Unit Head.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Mandatory Qualification: ANM or GNM only.
• Valid nursing registration with the appropriate Nursing Council, as applicable.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Basic knowledge of injections, IV cannulation, patient monitoring and emergency nursing procedures.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.
• Must be disciplined, punctual, compassionate and willing to work in shifts.

Candidate Preference

• Preference will be given to local candidates residing in Saha, Shahzadpur, Naraingarh, Barara and nearby areas.
• Candidates with previous hospital, emergency or OPD/IPD nursing experience will be given additional preference.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹10,000
• Monthly Leave: 4 Days
