Anodizing & Custom Finishing Technician – Will Train

About the Job

Accurate Fishing is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented person to join our anodizing and custom finishing team.

You’ll help create custom colors, paintwork, and unique finishes for our American-made fishing reels.

No anodizing experience required. We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

Anodize and color aluminum fishing reel parts.
Measure and mix dyes and solutions.
Custom painting, color matching, and specialty finishes.
Follow procedures to maintain consistent quality.
Inspect finished parts and maintain a clean workspace.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re open to applicants with experience in:

Anodizing, plating, or metal finishing
Automotive painting, airbrushing, or custom paint
Paint mixing and color matching
Cooking or culinary work (measuring, mixing, following recipes)
Manufacturing or other hands-on creative work

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who:

Has strong attention to detail.
Enjoys working with their hands.
Has a good eye for color and quality.
Is dependable, organized, and willing to learn.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 48.0 per week
