Job Description

RS8 Moto Corp is looking for an experienced Anodizing Machine Operator to operate and monitor anodizing equipment, ensure consistent product quality, and keep the machine in proper working condition through regular inspections and routine preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate knows how to check equipment before, during, and after operation, identify potential problems early, and properly care for the machine to minimize breakdowns and production delays.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and load metal parts for anodizing according to approved procedures.
• Operate anodizing equipment and monitor processing time, temperature, current, voltage, and other required parameters.
• Perform daily equipment checks using the prescribed inspection checklist.
• Check tanks, pumps, filters, hoses, electrical contacts, and other accessible components for leaks, wear, damage, or abnormal conditions.
• Perform equipment cleaning and authorized routine preventive maintenance following manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
• Monitor bath conditions and chemical levels according to approved procedures.
• Identify and promptly report unusual sounds, overheating, leaks, inconsistent readings, and other equipment concerns.
• Stop operation and notify the supervisor when an unsafe condition or serious equipment problem is identified.
• Inspect finished parts for color consistency, surface quality, and defects.
• Maintain accurate production, inspection, and maintenance records.
• Follow chemical handling, PPE, and workplace safety requirements.
• Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• With hands-on experience in operating anodizing equipment.
• Knowledgeable in anodizing processes, equipment monitoring, and product quality inspection.
• Able to perform routine machine inspections, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Able to recognize equipment problems and perform basic troubleshooting within authorized limits.
• Familiar with safe chemical handling and proper use of PPE.
• Able to follow work instructions, equipment checklists, and maintenance schedules.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to proper machine care.
• Technical or vocational training in machine operation, maintenance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Santiago City, Isabela.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
