Answering Service Agent/Dispatcher - Third Shift

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of computer usage and keyboarding, preferably in Microsoft Windows and Word environments.
• Ability to type at a minimum of 35 WPM.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently, manage time, and remain organized.

Operator:

As an operator our duties will include courteously greeting callers, determining the reason for the call, answering questions, or directing their request to the appropriate department and or individual. Empathy, kindness, and professionalism is a must.

Dispatcher: A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred. This position is a step above the Operator role and requires a strong understanding of our operating system, accounts, and daily procedures. Dispatchers should have excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Hiring Needs: We are currently hiring for third-shift positions. Candidates must be available to work one weekend day each week, with one weekday off in return. Team members are also scheduled to work every other holiday; with holiday pay provided for holidays worked.
