Quectel Wireless Solutions is a global IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Module, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA(+), and GNSS modules. Due to business expansion in the Serbian market and our R&D Centre in Belgrade, Quectel is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team.

We are looking for: Antenna Project Manager

Requirements:

1. Develop overall project plans for new product initiation, product design, R&D stage review, trial production, mass production, and market launch, taking overall responsibility for project progress and product quality.
2. Manage project progress, risk control, resource allocation, early warning, and contingency plans throughout the product development cycle.
3. Monitor the implementation of project plans, propose and adjust project timelines when necessary, and identify and investigate factors that may affect timely project completion.
4. Supervise the implementation of project plans across departments and coordinate cross-functional collaboration and communication throughout project execution.
5. Provide regular and timely reports on project progress, interim results, and the achievement of key milestones.
6. Communicate existing and potential project issues in a timely manner, coordinate relevant resources to address and resolve them, propose alternative solutions, and follow up on their implementation.
7. Standardize project management practices and collaborate with the Quality Management team to ensure product quality throughout the development process.
8. Lead project closure activities, including project overview, evaluation of project objectives, review and analysis of the project implementation process, and documentation of lessons learned and best practices.
9. Track customer project progress, coordinate internal teams to promptly address and resolve customer feedback and project-related issues, and provide efficient customer support throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by management on time and according to the required quality standards.
