Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scientist – Antibody Engineering & Phage Display to contribute to and lead key discovery programs, support platform growth, manage project execution, and serve as a proactive scientific and client-facing partner. This role combines deep technical expertise in phage display, strong project management capability, and clear communication with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and execute antibody discovery and optimization campaigns using phage display and complementary engineering technologies.
• Manage project deliverables including timelines, milestones, reporting, and risk mitigation to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Serve as a primary scientific contact for global clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and responding to technical questions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with protein sciences, assay development, project management, and business development teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and support development of junior scientists and contribute to team scientific excellence.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in antibody engineering and phage display within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO settings, including responsibility for assay design, campaign execution, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and reporting.
• Strong track record of collaboration with global clients, with excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to mentor team members and drive scientific excellence.
