Anticipated K4 Paraprofessional

As a paraprofessional, you’ll encourage young learners, support teachers, and help students feel seen and capable—whether you’re guiding them through a lesson or just offering a smile when they need it. You’ll bring patience, kindness, and a steady presence to every day.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have either an associate degree or 48 college credits, or test with us and pass to become highly qualified
• Applicants who accept the K4 Paraprofessional position by passing the highly qualified test, must commit to earning and maintaining a Child Development Associate(CDA) certificate.
• The following background clearances are required: Act 151, Act 34, Act 24, and FBI clearance
• Must have and maintain a current Child CPR/First Aid Certification
• Experience working with children preferred, but not required
• Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
