我们希望您具备：

1.全日制 MBA 学历；

2.两年及以上工作经验，有能源、国际工程、制造业、咨询/投资行业经验优先，具有海外工作经历优先；

We Expect You to Have:

1. A full-time MBA degree.

2. 2+ years of full-time work experience; with preference given to candidates with experience in energy, international engineering, manufacturing, consulting, or investment industries and to those with overseas work experience.

3. Strong strategic thinking, business analysis, market insight, and cross-cultural communication skills.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

5. Willingness to work globally.
