Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate sales transactions and cash register operations
• Manage customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation protocols and ensuring food safety compliance
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Operate kitchen equipment safely to support food preparation and service needs
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience
• Support retail sales activities by assisting customers with product selections and managing inventory

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper handling of food products
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
• Experience in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or grocery store operations is advantageous
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed

Pay: $2,232.92 - $2,689.11 per week
