About the role
Operate and monitor Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment to screen semiconductor packages or PCB assemblies for defects.
Key responsibilities
- Review inspection defect logs, classify defects accurately, and troubleshoot machine false calls or vision errors
- Perform routine calibration, lens cleaning, and optical verification checks to ensure high inspection accuracy
- Assist process engineers in setting up new inspection recipes and optimizing defect detection parameters
- Maintain detailed logs of machine downtime, yield rates, and daily inspection output
About you
- SKM Level 2/3 or Diploma in Engineering
- Willing to work shift and on public holidays
