AP Accountant (Accounts Payable)

Our client is a leading global technology and engineering company specializing in energy, industrial systems, infrastructure, transportation, and digital technologies, with operations across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.
• Record Accounts Payable transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare payment documents and coordinate payment approvals.
• Review Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts (GR), and invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain and update vendor information.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable.
• Prepare AP reports, payment status reports, and outstanding invoice summaries.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment and documentation.
• Maintain proper accounting records and support other accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of VAT and Withholding Tax is a plus.
• Fair to good English communication skills

Contract: 1-Year contract (renewable with the opportunity for permanent employment).
Location: True Digital Park (BTS Punnawithi).
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
