What they need
Our client is an international firm providing IT solutions.
Job Description:
- Record Accounts Payable (AP) transactions accurately in SAP, ensuring correct allocation to cost centres and general ledger accounts.
- Process PO-based vendor invoices and perform vendor account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare payment documentation and ensure vendor payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and file monthly VAT returns, including PP30 and PP36, in compliance with Thai tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit monthly Withholding Tax returns, including PND 3, PND 53, and PND 54.
- Review and verify supporting documentation, including tax invoices and withholding tax certificates, to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting systems (SAP).
