AP Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Maintain bank details of vendors
• Review invoices posted by AP Accountants
• Supervise AP Accountants regarding accounting and tax issues
• Process intercompany charges from Jakarta and other affiliates
• Post accounting entries for month-end closing
• Reconcile bank statement
• Reconcile and perform account analysis after month-end closing
• Assist in providing information to both internal and external auditors
• Supervise AP Accountants regarding tax issues
• Prepare VAT return form and file to the Tax Authority
• Assist in preparation the letter and supporting documents to Thailand Tax Authority for VAT refund and VAT audit
• Assist in calculation of half year tax, annual tax and SRB

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 3-5 years accounts payable or general accounting experiences
• Knowledge of accounts payable
• Knowledge of general accounting standards
• Knowledge of Thailand tax laws
• Able to periodically work long hours under pressure and to tight deadlines
