AP Accountant

(Fixed-Term, 3-Month Project Assignment , Remote)

Our partner is looking for an AP Accountant to join their team on a fixed-term, 3-month project assignment . This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment and values accuracy, structure, and attention to detail in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and accurately record supplier invoices in SAP within an international business environment
• Ensure invoices are reviewed, verified, and processed in line with payment schedules
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and international stakeholders to resolve invoice-related queries
• Contribute to month-end closing activities by preparing financial reports and supporting analyses
• Take part in ongoing finance projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and efficiency

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable Accounting
• Fluent English in verbal and written
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently
