AP & Claim Assistant Manager

Job Description Summary :

• Responsible for managing, supervising, and ensuring that all Accounts Payable (AP) and Promotional Claims processes are executed accurately, timely, effectively, and in compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
• Responsible for supervising the AP & Promotional Claims team, ensuring proper invoice and claim verification processes, monitoring payments and outstanding balances, reconciling vendor accounts, and maintaining complete documentation and accurate transaction recording.

Job Description :

• Oversee the overall Account Payable (AP) and Promotional Claims processes.
• Ensure invoice and promotional claim verification is conducted accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, payment schedules, vendor balances, and employee claims.
• Review and approve transactions in accordance with the applicable authority matrix.
• Ensure the completeness of supporting documents and the accuracy of transaction recordings.
• Perform reconciliations of Accounts Payable and vendor balances.
• Identify and resolve issues related to invoices, payments, and promotional claims.
• Ensure the implementation of internal controls and compliance within AP and Promotional Claims processes.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing, HR, Warehouse, Tax & Accounting, and other relevant departments.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of AP and Promotional Claims operations.
