- Monitor outstanding payables and receivables and follow up on pending items.
- Support payment processing and ensure vendor payments are handled in a timely manner.
- Review customer receivable balances and support collection follow-ups when needed.
- Guide and support AP/AR team members in handling routine operational tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors/customers on invoice or payment-related matters.
- Prepare and review reports related to payables, receivables, and cash flow.
- Assist in improving processes and controls related to AP/AR operations.
