What they need
We are looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant to support our Accounting team in processing supplier payments, monitoring departmental budgets, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and payment requests.
- Monitor and record departmental budgets and expenses.
- Prepare payment vouchers and payment schedules.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and reports.
- Assist in month-end closing and other accounting tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City.
