ob Title: Associate Professional (AP) – Group Home

Location: Charlotte, NC

Summary:

Seeking an Associate Professional (AP) to assist with client care, documentation, and home operations under the supervision of a Qualified Professional (QP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Person-Centered Planning: Assist in implementing and updating client PCPs with families.
• Intake & Records: Support client intake and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Compliance & Quality: Adhere to NC state licensure regulations and facility policies.
• Direct Care & Staffing: Provide direct client support, assist with staff scheduling, and guide paraprofessional staff.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience (NC AP Eligible):
• Master’s degree in Human Services with <1 year post-degree experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with <2 years post-degree experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree in non-Human Services with <4 years post-degree experience.
• Commitment to maintaining an individualized written Supervision Plan with the supervising QP.
• Knowledge of NC licensure rules and strong organizational skills.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $56,322.72 per year
